People Missing from my collection

Like my main project of trying to get at least one card from each set, I am also working on getting at least one card of each PERSON to get a NBA or NASCAR card. This is a much harder project as many people are in each set- and between my two sports combined there are thousands upon thousands of people to receive cards- I don't have an exact count but 5000 would not be a bad guess.

Some of the people are quite rare, and there's one, on the NBA list, who has a single card. Not just one card like my One Hit Wonder series, I mean a production run of one copy. Luckily, it's one of the few people who while they have cards, are not essential, as it is some college coach that was included in an NBA set.

NBA
For the NBA, they must be actual NBA cards. Not college, not multi-sport, just NBA. They must also be solo cards, not cards shared with somebody else, team cards or league leaders.
Players in bold are One Hit Wonders. (They only have one card to choose from, that I know of)
Year of first card after name, if only one card issued, set included as well. Just a name with a year means they got more than one card.
Roughly 1/3rd of missing people from my NBA collection come from the D-League players included in 2005-06 Topps Chrome. Roughly half come from the break I took from the NBA from 2006-07 through 2012-13.
I used the Database listings, may not be complete...some obscure people may have cards but no listing, at least not yet.

Considering that there are almost 4000 people to receive NBA cards, needing only 468 of them is not that bad, really. Some will be tough to hunt down, or afford if I can even find a copy.

Now I move to NASCAR which has less cards issued, and therefor less people missing from my collection.

There are several NHRA, IRL and other drivers on the list. They must come from the Press Pass Legends or Total Memorabilia brands to count (I count the NHRA and Indy car cards as a separate collection)
Like the NBA, multi-sport sets do not count either (Goodwin Champions, Allen & Ginter, etc)
Also like the NBA, they must be on the card by themselves, not shared with anyone else.
